Michael Falzon
I’ve spent all but six years of my career with ROUM, and have around two decades’ experience working with our clients. I head the Marine team and have control over the Marine binder which includes a broad range of offerings.
Lisa West
I’ve worked in the insurance industry for more than three decades, most of them with ROUM, and helped countless clients through the underwriting, broking and claims management process.
Daniel MacDonald
I’ve worked in the insurance industry for well over a decade, in both Marine (Underwriting and Claims) and Property (Claims). I was a recipient of the Zurich Starz Award in 2010 (an International award) in recognition of my expertise in the handling of catastrophe major storm event claims.
Stacey Walton
I’ve worked in the insurance industry for over a decade, in both Marine (Claims and assisted in Underwriting) and Property (Claims). I’ve travelled to NZ where I assisted with the Earthquake claims and trained new staff. I have completed ANZIIF studies & have a Diploma in IPZ. Before insurance I was in Freight Forwarding.
